Each section measures a generous 2.4 metres long and is available in three heights: 100mm, 150mm and 250mm. The substantial 3mm construction gives the edging the strength required for everything from domestic lawns and borders to larger professional landscaping schemes.
The galvanised finish is what really sets this version apart. The zinc coating protects the underlying steel against corrosion while creating a timeless silver-grey appearance that works beautifully alongside gravel, natural stone, paving and planting. It's a particularly good choice where you want your edging to provide crisp definition without becoming a dominant feature within the garden.
Installation
Installation is wonderfully straightforward thanks to the clever Zip-Lock joining system. Welded steel rings at the ends of adjoining lengths interlock before a supplied steel stake is driven through them, pulling the two sections tightly together while simultaneously anchoring them into the ground. There are no fiddly nuts or bolts, helping to create a beautifully clean finished run.
Additional securing points are positioned at approximately 500mm intervals, with appropriately sized ground spikes included. The edging can be used to form crisp straight lines, sweeping curves and corners, making it equally useful for defining lawns, gravel paths, borders and larger areas of planting.
Each length measures 2.4 metres, with a minimum order of 9.6 linear metres (4 lengths). Further edging can then be ordered in multiples of 2.4 metres. For maximum stability, we recommend installing approximately one third of the edging below ground level.
