Only complete this section if you do not have an active website or social media account. I'm simply looking for evidence that you're a working professional. This could include membership of a professional body, press feature, award recognition, advert, or other clear proof of your activities. Please note that a Companies House registration certificate on its own will not be accepted, and neither will drawings or images from previous projects *without* supporting evidence.
