The level of discount varies across the ranges. However, as a guide, approved trade account holders will receive 10% - 15% off the prices displayed online.

Minimum Order

For garden designers and other specification professionals, this sits at a modest £250 including VAT (£208.34 net).

For businesses purchasing furnishings, pots or other products for commercial use on a one-time spend basis, the minimum order value is £1,000 including VAT (£833.33 net).

Through a network of trusted delivery partners, Tom's Yard can ship products to virtually any corner of the globe.

Need something delivered within the UK? That's the easy part. Whether it's a small garden accessory or a collection of large terracotta pots, I have the experience and logistics in place to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.

Trade discounts are reserved for genuine industry professionals who have invested years developing their skills, building their businesses and serving their clients. As such, I believe those benefits should be protected and made available only to those actively working within the industry.

The approval process isn't designed to be complicated - it's simply there to ensure that trade pricing remains fair and exclusive to the professionals it was intended for.

Although this is not exclusive, the following are good examples of professionals or businesses who qualify for a trade account:-

  • Restaurants, hotels, pubs, wedding venues, film studios etc... ordering furnishings.

Once you submit your form, I will check the details.

From here, if your account is approved - I will be in touch to say hello. This is often a good stage for me to answer any burning product, dispatch or supplier related queries.

Following this, your account will be set up - and away you go!

Ordering

Rather than complicated discount codes, you will be set up as a business in my customer database and by doing so - your exact discounts will be applied automatically at checkout, deducted from the gross listed retail price of a product.

So you have a breakdown of prices for office use and future reference, you will be emailed a simple document showing the set discounts on the various ranges.
