Large Traditional Galvanised Steel Round Planter
Description
This generously sized galvanised round planter is expertly crafted here in England from heavy-gauge galvanised steel and hand-finished with a special treatment to create a beautifully aged patina.
Decorated in a classic Georgian style, it features traditional Tudor roses and decorative ball detailing for an elegant, heritage-inspired look. Versatile and practical, it is ideal for use throughout a garden with topiary, shrubs, mixed planting and small trees in mind. The planter is constructed from durable 1.5mm galvanised steel. The base panels are pre-drilled with drainage holes to ensure free-flowing drainage, while raised 6cm feet at each corner keep the base clear of the ground. All decorative elements are galvanised separately and secured using galvanised coach bolts. The decorative balls, Tudor roses, and legs are made from galvanised cast iron for added strength and longevity.
Each zinc planter is individually hand-finished, resulting in a naturally aged patina that will continue to develop over time and vary with location and exposure. As a result, no two planters are exactly alike, and finishes may differ subtly from piece to piece.

All sales from the Bedfordshire workshop are hand-made to order. These take just 2-4 weeks to delivery - depending on the team's workload.

Maintenance
All products from the traditional galvanised range are made of heavy gauge galvanised steel, and then finished with a special treatment to give an aged patina.
Because they are hot dip galvanised, these products will have a long life.
Over time, exposure to the British elements will bring out a softer appearance and they will change from how they are initially supplied from the workshop. You may notice streaks begin to appear however do not worry - this is not a defect in the treatment - just the beginning of the natural weathering process as it begins to spread.
Delivery
Once finished, your order will be shipped directly from the workshop to your home.
All prices include standard home delivery, however do note that Off-Shore addresses will require a separate quotation.
Smaller items will be sent through the post however large items (obelisks, water butts, water feature and XL planter) will be fulfilled through a kerbside pallet service.
