Each tree I personally hand-select from my importer taking the crown, trunk and all-round look of the tree into consideration. I don't add on a penny premium for doing this, I simply do it so my loyal buyers have guaranteed access to the very best olive trees.
This year I will continue to catalogue each mature tree on an individual basis. Doing this for the first time in 2023 proved very popular... the feedback from buyers was that they really liked to see the specific tree they were ordering.
