Personal local delivery
My local delivery option covers all of the surrounding areas from Tom's Yard up to a 45 mile radius.
This includes Cheltenham, Cardiff, Cirencester, Ludlow, Hay-On-Wye, Worcester, Bristol, Chippenham, Bath, Newport, Redditch, Stow-on-the-Wold, Evesham... effectively, most of the surrounding counties.
At checkout, after typing in your postcode, you will receive a calculated price for my personal delivery service.
This starts from just £30 and works up to £70.Free delivery on all orders within a 15 mile radius when you spend more than £200.
Free delivery on all other pot orders within a wider 45 mile radius when you spend more than £600.
When I deliver it's a full 'white glove' service, meaning your pots will be placed exactly where you would like them to go. On top of this, I offer timed deliveries; So if you require delivery on a specific date & time (when a gardener is around, for example) this can be achieved.

Your item will arrive on a pallet as a kerbside service (weekday, 9am - 6pm) and disposal of waste and moving the goods into situ is your responsibility. For orders involving multiple pieces, such as a group of Cretan pots or a mixture of olive trees, you will need to contact us directly to discuss your order.
Pallets typically take 2-3 working days to arrive and the service is carried out through a 3rd party. We always aim to turn a pallet around within a 3 day period.
Timed slots are available for an additional fee if you are unable to be at home all day. Please ensure you are able to receive the delivery 1 hour before and 1 hour after the time given. Timed delivery is subject to location and Saturday delivery is also available. Both incurring a surcharge.
Goods will not be left where no-one is there to accept delivery unless written consent has been given to us. Please note, re-delivery will incur additional charges to us that we will need to pass on to you. Please ensure you check your goods upon delivery for any damages before the driver leaves. If damages are reported after the driver has left, you will be charged a re-collection fee at cost. The goods must be wrapped and strapped in the same manner as on arrival and someone must be present on the collection day to sign the goods off.
No refund of charges will be given for deliveries which are cancelled by you after they have left our Yard or for rejected deliveries without a valid reason. Re-delivery will be charged at cost.

Courier Service - for larger consignments, or for those who want a more personal and hassle-free delivery service, my courier service tends to be the most popular option and in many cases, compared to the costs of sending multiple pallets, is more affordable. Postage / Smalls (tools, twines, seeds...)
£4.50 - Royal Mail 2nd Class. This is typically a 2 - 3 working day service (including Saturdays). In some cases it may take up to 10 working days.
£6.50 - Royal Mail 1st Class. This is typically a next working day service (including Saturdays). In some cases it may take up to 3 working days.
If your post is late we understand it may be frustrating but please understand that Royal Mail delays are 100% out of our control. Most of the time we are able to dispatch your post within 24 hours. If we have shows or many deliveries - that day may be pushed back.
