I'm full of excitement to announce that a very passionate and knowledgeable lady named Gemma has climbed aboard the Tom's Yard ship! Now, where exactly we're sailing to I don't know, but Gemma is here to take some burden off my workload. As a master of strategy and a marketing whizz, you'll still need to put up with me in the Yard... I won't be going anywhere anytime soon!
